Ieri in ufficio apro "Panorama" on line... c'è un articolo sui nostri, con breve recensione di "Delta Machine Tour"... ma lo sapevate che i nostri hanno suonato il classico degli anni' 80 "Everything Counts", probabilmente l'hanno fatto con gli ultrasuoni ad una frequenza non udibile dagli umani, ma solo dagli pseudo giornalisti... La grande informazione !

Ed evidentemente gli ultrasuoni sono anche convincenti

Voi non capite, questo è chiaramente uno scioglilingua camuffato da lyric, fatto apposta per aumentare la difficoltà del testo, in questo caso non nella comprensione, ma nella pronuncia..

Ma sarebbe ora che si riconoscesse a Martin la sua enorme bravura come scrittore. Del tipo che è più bravo anche di alcuni che scrittori lo sono di mestiere

I testi di Morrissey e quelli di Nick Cave sono più sofisticati, sul piano linguistico e semantico, di quelli di Martin Gore.
E non sono neppure in classifica.

Senza niente togliere alle capacità compositive di Martin, queste classifiche inglesi sono farlocchissime.

Il criterio, mi pare di capire, non riguarda l'analisi del testo sotto il profilo dei contenuti, quindi 'sta classifica va presa per quello che è...

Forse perché Morrissey e Nick cave non sono artisti pop? o perché nella classifica delle band che vendono di più arrivano troppo dopo Queen ed Elton John?

Il che è semplicemente assurdo.

La classifica è stata stilata sulla base di due algoritmi e quindi credo che i criteri siano più statistici che artistici

A livello di schemi rimici e incastri ritmici credo che Martin non abbia da invidiare a, praticamente, nessuno. Per quanto riguarda "l'aulicità" delle parole, e del linguaggio, dipende dai brani, ma dipende anche dalla cultura personale, presi in esame mentre il livello dei contenuti ovviamente va a gusti.
