A cosa serve? Innanzitutto a sollevare il morale a Dave che mi pare molto frustrato per i pochi premi vinti e poi perché potrebbe fungere da incentivo per un ulteriore album (magari in tempi relativamenbte brevi ).

E intanto notizia di poco tempo fa: Depeche Mode snobbati ai Brit Awards.
Ma, riprendendo il post scritto da whiterose, questi premi per una band immensa non sono nulla.
L'unico motivo per cui mi piacerebbe festeggiare il Grammy per Suffer Well sarebbe la grande (immagino) soddisfazione di Dave.
Che i DM vincano questo o quello poco mi importa perché sono tante altre le cose che fanno grande un artista o un gruppo.

"The Grammy Awards (originally called the Gramophone Awards, commonly abbreviated as the Grammys or GRAMMYs), presented by the Recording Academy known as NARAS, (an association of Americans professionally involved in the recorded music industry) for outstanding achievements in the recording industry, is one of four major music awards shows held annually in the United States (along with the Billboard Music Awards, the American Music Awards, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony). However, the Grammys, usually held in February, are considered the approximate equivalent to the Oscars in the music world.

The 49th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony is scheduled for February 11, 2007 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. It will be aired on CBS. In 2008 the 50th Annual GRAMMY Awards will take place. This will be a historic milestone for the GRAMMYs and the Recording Academy. It is unknown at this early stage the details of the event as it is over a year away. New York City was a contender for this february's GRAMMY Awards but was not awarded the hosting rights due to the fact that New York City hosted the Latin Grammy Awards.
