Bello, bel concerto, sempre emozionante, suonate bene, molto "standard".

Pezzi miglori secondo me :
Planet earth
Come undone
Girl panic
ed i 3 bis obviously

Peggiori :
Before the rain
Safe

Vertigo - Serious - My antarctica - (cover album) - Ordinary world - Come undone - What happens tomorrow - Skin divers - Girl Panic ...

Bisogna seguire i vari comunicati Ufficiali...

DURAN DURAN FORCED TO CANCEL TONIGHT’S SHOW IN ATLANTIC CITY

Press release for immediate release

Saturday, August 25th

DURAN DURAN FORCED TO CANCEL TONIGHT’S SHOW IN ATLANTIC CITY

British rock band, Duran Duran, have been forced to cancel tonight’s show at The Revel Ovation Hall, in Atlantic City (Saturday August 25th), because keyboardist Nick Rhodes, who has been unwell for the past few days, has been advised by doctors that he should not perform. Rhodes, who along with the rest of the band, has now been on the road for almost two years in support of their latest “All You Need Is Now” album, has been experiencing an array of symptoms that doctors believe could be the result of exhaustion.

Speaking from his hotel tonight, Nick said “I have struggled through the last few nights, hoping that I could simply work through this, but today I felt so unwell I had to see a doctor. We absolutely hate to disappoint our incredibly loyal fans and cancel a show at the last minute, but unfortunately the doctor has strongly recommended that this is what we do on this occasion – so it is with enormous regret that we are unable to perform in Atlantic City tonight.”

The band are looking at whether it will be possible to reschedule the show within the next few days, so ticket-holders should hold on to their tickets until further details are announced.

DURAN DURAN FORCED TO CANCEL TONIGHT’S SHOW IN PITTSBURGH

British rock band, Duran Duran, have been forced to cancel tonight’s show at Stage AE, in Pittsburgh (Sunday August 26th), because keyboardist Nick Rhodes, who has been unwell for the past few days, has been advised by doctors that he should not perform, for the second night in a row. Rhodes, who along with the rest of the band, has been on the road for almost two years in support of their latest “All You Need Is Now” album, has been experiencing an array of symptoms that doctors now believe could be the result of a viral infection.

Speaking from his hotel today, Nick said “I was hoping that after missing last night’s show, I would be feeling up to traveling and performing today, but having seen the doctor again first thing this morning, I have been told that I need to continue to rest, pending further tests tomorrow. I feel completely helpless over the situation and all I can do is apologize to our fans – who I hope know that we would never let them down unless it was totally unavoidable. This is the final leg of our world tour – and I can’t tell you how disappointed I am with this outcome.”

The band are looking at whether it will be possible to reschedule the show within the next few days, so ticket-holders should hold on to their tickets until further details are announced.

DURAN DURAN FORCED TO CANCEL REMAINING DATES OF THEIR TWO YEAR WORLD TOUR
August 28th, 2012

Press Release

For Immediate Release – August 28, 2012

DURAN DURAN FORCED TO CANCEL REMAINING DATES OF THEIR TWO YEAR WORLD TOUR

With just one week to go before the final dates of their two year ‘All You Need Is Now’ world tour, British rock band, Duran Duran, have been forced to cancel the remaining shows on the concluding North American leg, because keyboardist Nick Rhodes is too unwell to perform.

Following the loss of four shows already this week (in Pittsburgh, Atlantic City, Kettering and Chicago), the band members announced tonight that they would sadly have to cancel the remaining two Canadian dates as well – which were scheduled to take place on Friday 31st August and Saturday 1st September in Rama, Ontario.

Rhodes, who has been unwell now for over a week, was advised by doctors today that he is not yet ready to perform, as he is still experiencing the same symptoms that have kept him from the stage for the last few nights.

The band are devastated that what has been a triumphant tour for them, with many highlights, has ended this way – and know that the fans will be as disappointed as they are. Nick held out all week, hoping that he would be well enough to perform again for these final few shows, but unfortunately the medical advice he has been given today requires him to continue to rest.

All ticket holders for any of the shows that have been cancelled should now apply for refunds at the point of purchase, as rescheduling these dates has not been possible given the venues’ upcoming season schedules and availability. Members of the band’s VIP Fan Community should contact Customer Service on the dedicated Community website.

Messaggio fresco-fresco di Nick... :)

A Note from Nick
August 30th, 2012

The People we’ve met, the things we’ve seen and the places we have been.

Firstly, I would like to personally apologise to everybody who had tickets to attend the shows which we were forced to cancel during the final week of our world tour. I know how far some of you travel to see us perform and how seldom we reach some of your cities. We never want to let you down. In this instance, it was truly unavoidable. I contracted a virus, which dragged me down and left me entirely exhausted. Although I made it clear to doctors that it was my express wish to recommence the tour as soon as possible, they all strongly advised that I needed to recover properly, which regrettably, meant resting for the remainder of this week.

It was enormously disappointing for everyone in the band and our crew, whom we have worked with over the last twenty months. We were very much looking forward to celebrating the finale in grand style, with you, as this has undoubtedly been one of the most exciting and rewarding periods of our entire career. There is nothing I loathe more than having to cancel concerts. I’m sure you can imagine how much more pleasurable it is for me to see your smiling faces every night when we perform, rather than be isolated in a hotel room, feeling miserable, dealing with endless doctors. I am relieved to say, I have only ever had to cancel a couple of shows, in almost thirty five years, due to an ear infection, but this was particularly hard to come to terms with as it was the last week of nearly two years of touring and we were hoping for a triumphant conclusion. Now it feels incomplete.

From the onset of this project, when we released All You Need is Now in December 2010, we instantly felt electricity in the air. It developed into something we could never have imagined. There have been many highlights: our first time at SXSW, making a live movie directed by David Lynch, Coachella, The Girl Panic! video, A Diamond in the Mind, my extraordinary surprise birthday party (organised by the band and Wendy Laister), the pre-Olympics gig in Hyde Park and frankly, every single show on the tour.

From me and the rest of the band, we want to say a gargantuan thank you to everyone who has worked with us throughout this time. We rely upon you to make it all happen and we know what an exceptional contribution you have all made, which has resulted in us being able to consistently produce some of the best shows we have ever played.

For those of you who came to see us, as ever, you are at the very heart of what has kept Duran Duran alive and kicking for more than three decades. We are so happy you were there to share the experience with us, we greatly appreciate your support and hope you’ll come along for the ride next time. Who knows where we’ll go…

Much love.

Nick
